RC sensors have a positive rising slope with increasing displacement. Unlike the D models, they are single valued without the near side/far side/optical peak regions.  These sensors are suitable for measurement applications involving static, moving or rotating targets, or, for in-process parts gaging.

Standoff equals the distance from the target to the center of the linear operating range.

The standard sensor bandwidth is DC - 20KHz.

Standard RC sensor tips are unthreaded.  Threaded tips can be provided with the minimum thread sizes given here.
